Organophosphorus pesticide dimethoate toxicity is low, but in the use without protective measures, can still occur the risk of transdermal absorption. In the literature have seen the 1605,1600 and other organophosphate pesticides through the skin absorption rate of reports, but did not see similar information on dimethoate. The purpose of this study is to attempt to measure the rate of absorption of the harmless skin of dimethoate through healthy humans and animals.
