目的:研究左旋甲状腺素与硒酵母联合治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者的临床效果。方法:分析我院2015年1月—2016年1月期间收治的76例淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者的临床资料,按照入院顺序将所有患者分为两组,即:观察组(38例)与对照组(38例)。对照组38例患者给予左旋甲状腺素治疗,观察组38例患者给予硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素治疗;对比两组淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组38例淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者的各项指标参数、临床治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左旋甲状腺素与硒酵母联合治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者的临床效果十分显著,值得在临床中推广运用。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of levothyroxine and selenium yeast in treating patients with lymphocytic thyroiditis. Methods: The clinical data of 76 patients with lymphocytic thyroiditis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were analyzed. All the patients were divided into two groups according to admission order: the observation group (38 cases) and the control group Group (38 cases). Thirty-eight patients in the control group were treated with levothyroxine, and 38 patients in the observation group were treated with selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine. The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients with lymphocytic thyroiditis was compared. Results: The indexes of 38 patients with lymphocytic thyroiditis in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of levothyroxine and selenium yeast in treating patients with lymphocytic thyroiditis is very significant and worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
