介绍了在三峡—葛洲坝梯级水利枢纽实现水电联合调度及远程控制闸门的功能设计和实现方法。结合水调自动化系统及梯调计算机监控系统的特点,优化了传统闸门控制的流程及方式,形成了水电联合调度及闸门控制的新模式,是大型水利枢纽实现闸门远程调度和控制的一次尝试。
The functional design and realization method of hydro-electric dispatching and remote control gate in Three Gorges-Gezhouba cascade water conservancy project are introduced. Combined with the characteristics of water-conditioning automation system and ladder-type computer monitoring system, the flow and method of traditional gate control are optimized and a new mode of hydro-electric joint scheduling and gate control is formed. It is an attempt to realize remote gate scheduling and control in large-scale water-control project.
