目的:以格林模式为指导,通过编制《学生标准预防职业防护手册》及组织相关培训,提高学生职业防护认知水平与态度,强化学生职业防护安全行为。方法参照《中华人民共和国卫生行业标准》相关内容编制《学生标准预防职业防护手册》,选择在北京友谊医院实习的高职护理专业学生为研究对象,按照年级分设实验组和对照组,实验组学生入科前除了进行常规岗前教育外,同时进行有针对性的职业防护教育并派发手册;对照组学生则只进行常规岗前教育。实习结束后,自设调查问卷,对两组学生在实习期间对“标准预防”知识的认知情况、职业防护态度、自我保护行为、职业暴露情况进行调查。结果两组学生在对标准预防概念和方法的认知程度和职业安全行为的得分差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);职业防护态度和行为方面的得分与学生发生针刺伤的次数存在相关性(r =-0.255,P =0.023)。结论《学生标准预防职业防护手册》可以帮助学生提高标准预防认知度,改善职业防护态度,发展健康促进行为,降低职业损伤危害。“,”Objective Guided by the Green model,through the formulation of “standard of nurs-ing students to prevent occupational protection manual”and organized students training,to improve the knowledge,attitude and practice of occupational protection among nursing students.Methods According to “Standard for health care industry of the People’s Republic of China ”compiled “standard of nursing students to prevent occupational protection manual”.The nursing students in Beijing Friendship Hospital were separated into study and control groups by grade.The students of experimental group will been trained before clinical practice,which often includes the conventional pre-service education,occupational protection education and distributed “standard of nursing students to prevent occupational protection manu-al”But,the students of control group only for regular pre-service education before clinical practice.After the end of the internship,to self-designed questionnaire on two groups of nursing students.The nursing students were evaluated on the cognition of standard precaution,attitudes of nursing occupational protec-tion,behavior of self protection and occupational exposure.Results After intervention,the scores of knowledge and behavior in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). It’s correlative between occupational protection attitudes and behavior scores(P <0.05).Conclusions “Standard of nursing students to prevent occupational protection manual”based on Green model can im-prove nursing students’knowledge,attitude and behavior of occupational protection.
