以自制的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维基膜,采用界面缩聚法制备了PVDF中空纤维复合纳滤膜(PVDF-HFNF),研究了水相与油相浓度配比、溶质浓度、反应时间、添加剂浓度、反应温度等对PVDF复合膜性能的影响。同时,探讨了二次反应对PVDF-HFNF制备的影响,从而确定了适宜的PVDF-HFNF制备条件,在压力0.2 M Pa、22°C下,测得PVDF-HFNF对浓度为2 g/L的N a2SO4的截留率为97%,通量为31.7 L/(m2.h)。该膜的分离性能接近于商业纳滤膜。
