利用抗灰斑病的美国大豆品种拉姆配吉(Rampage)、俄亥俄(Ohio)、维尔金(Wilkin)作为亲本,与东北春大豆品种进行有性杂交、回交改良,已育成合丰27、28、29、32号4个高抗灰斑病的大豆品种。研究结果表明,广泛利用国外抗病资源,在连续接种条件下定向选择,既可改良丰产感病的推广品种,又可创造新的品种类型,提高品种水平。
Rapes, Ohio and Wilkin, resistant to Cercospora sojae, were used as parents to carry out sexual crossbreeding with Northeast spring soybean varieties, backcross improvement and breeding of Hefeng 27, Four high resistant varieties of Cercospora sojae 28, 29, 32. The results show that extensive use of foreign disease-resistant resources, continuous selection under the conditions of selective access, both to promote the promotion of high yield susceptible varieties, but also to create new types of varieties and improve the level of varieties.
