本文报道了雷公藤对胸腺依赖性(TD)抗原和非胸腺依赖性(TI)抗原诱导的抗体反应的不同影响。雷公藤抑制小鼠对TD抗原诱导的定量溶血分光光度计测定(QHS)反应和溶血空斑形成细胞(PFC)反应,但对TI抗原诱导的QHS反应、PFC反应和脂多糖(LPS)诱导的B细胞增殖反应不发生明显的影响。结合另文报道雷公藤对小鼠脾细胞产生白细胞介素2(IL—2)功能的抑制作用,说明雷公藤对B细胞功能没有明显的直接抑制效应。其对体液免疫应答的抑制作用,是通过T抑制辅助性细胞功能而间接实现的。
This article reports on the different effects of Tripterygium wilfordii on thymic-dependent (TD) and non-thymic-dependent (TI) antigen-induced antibody responses. Tripterygium wilfordii suppresses quantitative hematolytic spectrophotometry (QHS) responses and hemolytic plaque forming cell (PFC) responses induced by TD antigen in mice, but induces QHS responses, PFC responses and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induction in response to TI antigens. B cell proliferation does not have a significant effect. Combined with another report of the inhibition effect of Tripterygium wilfordii against splenocytes of mice producing interleukin 2 (IL-2) function, it was demonstrated that Tripterygium wilfordii has no obvious direct inhibitory effect on B cell function. Its inhibitory effect on the humoral immune response is indirectly achieved through the inhibition of T helper cell function.
