本文叙述了用溶剂萃取法从含钒水浸溶液中分离钒、铝的萃取和反萃取以及沉钒条件。着重介绍了最有工业应用阶值的萃取剂 N263在萃取分离钒、铝时,萃取相比、pH 值和萃取级数对分离钒、钼的影响,以及采用 NaCl 溶液为主要反萃剂时,反萃剂组成对分离钒、钼的影响。还介绍了不同沉钒条件对分离钒、钼的影响。并进一步讨论了软硬酸碱原理和溶剂化作用在萃取中的应用。
This paper describes the extraction and back-extraction of vanadium and aluminum from vanadium-bearing aqueous solutions by solvent extraction and the vanadium precipitation conditions. In this paper, the effects of pH value and extraction order on the separation of vanadium and molybdenum in extraction and separation of vanadium and aluminum, and the use of NaCl solution as the main stripping agent are emphatically introduced. The effect of stripping agent on the separation of vanadium and molybdenum. The effects of different precipitation conditions on the separation of vanadium and molybdenum were also introduced. And further discussed the application of soft and hard acid-base principle and solvation in extraction.
