为改善激光光斑图像质量,设计新型基于图像传感器摄像机的激光光斑图像采集系统,介绍了三种修正图像传感器摄像机采集误差的措施,利用系统的图像传感器摄像机驱动模块给出图像传感器摄像机驱动脉冲,控制型号为YD-ZA724IR的图像传感器摄像机采集原始激光光斑图像,经信号处理模块将原始图像的模拟信号放大再变更成差分信号,排除干扰信号,供给模数采样模块的ads807e芯片转换成数字信号,采集到标准激光光斑图像,利用光学4F系统显示在系统计算机上。控制模块使用CC-EP418芯片为以上模块提供所需功能。最后通过实验验证了系统优质的可靠性和图像传输时间。
In order to improve the laser spot image quality, a new type of laser spot image acquisition system based on image sensor camera is designed.
