目的 :本文从理论和实验证实氨基葡聚糖在灵芝中的存在 ,并对氨基葡聚糖的活性和功能实验 ,包括促进创伤愈合 ,阻止肠道脂类吸收和对四种胃溃疡模型的影响作了简介。方法 :将灵芝子实体经碱处理后稀酸提取获得一种酸溶性多糖 ,经红外光谱和酸解出单体层析鉴定。结果 :红外光谱证实为氨基葡聚糖 ,单体层析鉴定为氨基葡萄糖 ,初步提取得率为(0 .2 6± 0 .0 3) %。结论 :灵芝中存在氨基葡聚糖。氨基葡聚糖具有促进创伤愈合 ,阻止肠道脂类吸收和对 4种胃溃疡模型均有不同程度的阻抑效应
OBJECTIVE: To verify the existence of aminodextran in Ganoderma lucidum from theory and experiments, and to investigate the activity and function of glycosaminoglycans, including the promotion of wound healing, the prevention of intestinal lipid absorption and the effects on four gastric ulcer models. Made a brief introduction. Method: The acid-soluble polysaccharides were extracted from the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum by dilute acid extraction and identified by infrared spectroscopy and acid hydrolysis. RESULTS : The FT-IR spectrum was confirmed as aminodextran and the monomer chromatography was identified as glucosamine. The initial extraction yield was (0.26 ± 0.03)%. Conclusion : There is aminodextran in Ganoderma lucidum. Aminodextran promotes wound healing, prevents gut lipid absorption and has various degrees of inhibitory effects on the four gastric ulcer models
