目的: 探讨低强度脉冲电磁场 (pulsedelectromag neticfields,PEMFs)对心血管系统的影响,为心血管疾病的预防和治疗提供新的思路和理论依据.方法: 30只雌性 5mo龄新西兰大耳白兔随机等分为 3组: ①对照组用常规饲料喂养.②高脂组用高脂、高胆固醇饲料饲养.③磁场组用高脂、高胆固醇饲料饲养,并暴露于强度为 8×10-4 T的脉冲磁场环境中(f=15Hz).饲养 8wk后,分别检测血液流变学、血脂以及心功能等指标,并对主动脉进行解剖学观察,对心肌与肝脏进行组织病理学检查.结果: ①磁场组的血液流变学指标与高脂组比较,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 01 );与对照组比较,磁场组只有全血高切黏度(ηb1 )、低切还原黏度 (ηb2′)和红细胞聚集指数 (AI)等 3 项指标的差异具有显著性意义(P<0 01).②与高脂组比较,磁场组的血清总胆固醇和三酰甘油降低明显 (P<0 01 ),高密度脂蛋白反而有明显升高(P<0 01);与对照组比较,磁场组三酰甘油和高密度脂蛋白的差异没有显著性意义(P>0 05);③与高脂组比较,磁场组各项心功能指标的差异均具有显著性意义 (P<0 01 );与对照组比较,磁场组LVET,PEP,ICT以及ICT/LVET均没有显著性差异(P>0 05).④对主动脉内壁大体观察,肉眼清晰可见高脂组弥漫有大量条纹状白色斑块,致使管壁增厚、变硬、管腔狭窄;?
