通过静电放电类型和放电条件的讨论，分析了一起消防水冲洗落地残油引起的爆燃事故，认为该事故是由静电引起的。
Through the discussion of the types and discharge conditions of electrostatic discharge, a deflagration accident caused by the flushing of floor-standing oil by fire-fighting water was analyzed. It is considered that the accident is caused by static electricity.
