Japan once played the role of “world factory” in the last century. However, since the beginning of the 21st century, the commodities made in China have been flocking to the rest of the world, and people have argued that China has become the “world factory.” However, from a practical point of view, although the quantity “made in China” can be compared with that of any industrialized country in the world before, it is hard to be optimistic on the qualitative side. To this end, efforts should be made to improve the quality and added value of products according to the requirements of the scientific concept of development so as to achieve the transition from the “big industrialized country” to the “powerful industrial country”.
