为了提高某药筒筒底零件的材料利用率,在分析其成形工艺和数值模拟的基础上,提出了新工艺,并对其中关键工艺参数进行了优化。实验验证了工艺的可行性。
In order to improve the material utilization of the bottom part of a cartridge, a new process was proposed based on the analysis of its forming process and numerical simulation, and the key process parameters were optimized. The experiment verifies the feasibility of the process.
