完善的人力资源绩效考核制度能够有效激励与约束事业单位职工,同时充分调动职工的工作积极性,确保事业单位工作目标的最终实现。事业单位职工主要由管理人员、技术人员、工勤人员三个部分组成,随着我国事业单位体制改革的逐渐深入,政事分开、事企分开的要求让事业单位必须要将其人事制度朝着招聘制的方向转变,同时借助于现代人力资源管理理念开展好绩效考核工作,促进事业单位的长远健康发展。现对事业单位人力资源绩效考核存在的问题进行剖析,并提出了相应的对策措施。
