本文阐述了渐开线螺旋齿轮啮合中的接触迹、重迭系数、接触点的变化等基本问题的性质、方程和特征。着重点是环绕分析研究无差动式蜗杆砂轮磨齿机,磨削斜齿轮的特征以及从啮合特征方面来看如何提高其磨削质量。关于渐开线螺旋齿轮的啮合方程、基本特征、渐开螺旋面的曲率、共轭曲面的诱导曲率和磨齿的接触区等请参阅文献[3]、[4]。
This paper describes the properties, equations and characteristics of the basic problems such as the contact trace, the overlap coefficient and the change of the contact point in the involute helical gear meshing. The focus is on analyzing the characteristics of non-differential worm wheel grinding machines, grinding helical gears and how to improve the grinding quality in terms of meshing characteristics. The meshing equations of involute helical gears, the basic features, the curvature of involute helical surfaces, the induced curvatures of the conjugate surfaces and the contact areas of the teeth are given in [3] and [4].
