At the invitation of Norway and Iceland’s Ministry of Fisheries, the delegation from Shandong Province Department of Ocean and Fishery, Long Island County Government, Yantai and Weihai Fisheries Corporation made an inspection tour of marine and fisheries exchange in Shandong Province. From November 12 to November 23, 2001 Visited Norway and Iceland for an inspection visit. This is the first marine and fishery group that visited northern Europe after China’s accession to the WTO. During the inspection, they both visited the fisheries departments of both countries to understand the general situation of fisheries in the two countries and to work with fishermen of the two countries
