大黄有显著的解热效果,退热作用与机体的能量代谢有密切关系。本实验观察了大黄对供能代谢的重要指标 Na~+、K~+-ATP 酶及氧化磷酸化的影响。材料与方法药物:青海西宁产大黄,用15倍蒸馏水浸泡两次,每次30min,煮沸20min 过滤,水浴浓缩提取液,使水提液含生药量为0.5g/ml,再用鸡蛋清除去鞣质,至血凝阴性备用。实验动物:用昆明种小鼠,体重18~20g。本院动物室提供。动物随机分为对照组和三个剂量(分别为2.5g/kg、6.25g/kg、12.5g/kg)组。给药组每日口服大黄水煎剂1次,连续7天。
