随着我国国民经济发展态势良好,旅游消费渐渐融入了人们的日常生活点点滴滴。旅游行为呈现一种智慧态势,普通游客依靠旅行社的参团游呈现淡化趋势,自由行成为新的时尚趋势。智慧旅游的发展对传统旅行社来说,既是压力和挑战,也是动力和机遇。怎样化压力为动力、变挑战为机遇,顺应“智慧旅游”的发展春风,推动旅行社发展,是智慧旅游背景下旅行社应着重解决的新问题。旅行社应该从产品质量、服务、市场、营销、信息化等方面入手,不断改革创新,适应智慧旅游发展的新形势、新要求。
