近来,有不少地方的中小学教师来信来访,反映当地在执行国家关于提高中小学教师工资标准的政策上存在的问题。这些问题主要是:有的地方以教师提高10%的工资额冲销原保留工资和附加工资;有的地方则规定教龄满一定年限,10%的工资才能计入离退休基数;有的规定请病事假多少天,要扣发提高10%工资的部分;甚至有的地方借口财政紧张随意扣发提高10%的工资。这些做法是否符合国家有关政策规定?就此,我们走访了国家教委人事司劳动工资处,现将他们的答复刊登如下:
In recent days, many primary and secondary school teachers have come to visit each other and reflect the problems in the implementation of the State’s policy on raising the wage standards for primary and secondary school teachers.
