财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,但由于许多国有企业改革不到位,会计人员及管理水平存在诸多问题,目前其管理亟待提高。今后,应切实把握好企业财务管理的改革着力点,强调规范化管理,实施人本化理财措施,强化风险管理和信息化手段等,才会使国有企业财务管理有根本性的改观。文章对国有企业财务管理所面临的问题作了简要的论述,并就如何更为有效的发挥财务管理的作用,以实现企业管理的目标,提出一些建议。
Financial management is an important part of business management. However, due to the fact that many SOE reforms are not in place, many problems exist in the level of accountants and management. At present, their management needs to be improved. In the future, the financial management of state-owned enterprises should be fundamentally improved by earnestly grasping the reform focal point of corporate financial management, emphasizing standardized management, implementing people-oriented financial management measures and strengthening risk management and informationization means. The article briefly discusses the problems that the state-owned enterprises face in the financial management and puts forward some suggestions on how to exert the function of the financial management more effectively and achieve the goal of enterprise management.
