一、我国缔结或参加的多边商贸条约 据中华人民共和国外交部的统计，从１８７５年至１９９９年，我国参加的多边条约共计２２０个。这其中就包括我国缔结或是参加的多边商贸条约，它们构成了我国对外贸易法的重要组成部分。现将我国已经缔结或参加的多边商贸条约略述如下： ｌ I. Multilateral Treaty of Trade concluded or Joined by China According to the statistics of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, from 1875 to 1999, China has participated in a total of 220 multilateral treaties. These include the multilateral commerce and trade treaties concluded or acceded to by our country. They constitute an important part of China’s foreign trade law.
