为更特异地检测急性脑梗塞患者体内血小板功能状态,本文采用ELISA法和单抗直接测定法检测25例急性脑梗塞患者血浆及血小板表面GMP-140含量。结果发现患者血浆GMP-140浓度显著升高(96.89±34.06μg·L~(-1) P<0.05),血小板表面GMP—140分子数有升高趋势。结果提示患者体内血小板激活增加,功能亢进,及时采用针对性抗血小板治疗有助预后。
In order to more specifically detect platelet function in patients with acute cerebral infarction, the content of GMP-140 on the surface of plasma and platelet in 25 patients with acute cerebral infarction was detected by ELISA and monoclonal antibody direct assay. The results showed that plasma GMP-140 concentration was significantly increased (96.89 ± 34.06μg · L -1 (P <0.05)) and the number of GMP-140 molecules on platelet surface increased. The results suggest that patients with increased platelet activation, hyperactivity, and timely use of targeted antiplatelet therapy can help prognosis.
