为了探讨大鼠躯干背部皮肤表皮角化细胞的分裂活性是否因部位而有区别,常规石蜡切片和HE染色,通过核型观察计数分裂中期细胞。结果显示:在所研究的范围内,分裂活性随表皮的部位而异,分裂活性高低不同的角化细胞各自聚集成群,细胞群的大小约为10-3m数量级,大于已报告的变异尺度。而且在所观察的全部动物,在距背中线约10mm处,均可看到1条与背中线大体平行的由低分裂活性细胞构成的细胞带。从比较解剖学看,这个部位相当于膀胱经经过的部位。结果提示,肾上腺素能神经末梢和缝隙连接的密集分布可能是这种表皮角化细胞分裂活性拓扑学特征形成的原因
In order to investigate whether the division activity of keratinocytes in the skin epidermis of the trunk of the trunk in rats is different from each other due to their location, paraffin sections and HE staining are performed by conventional paraffin sections, and metaphase cells are counted by karyotype observation. The results showed that within the studied range, the cleavage activity varies with the epidermis. The keratinocytes with different splitting activities are clustered into groups. The size of the cell population is about 10-3 m, which is larger than the reported mutation scale. Also, in all the animals observed, about 1 mm away from the midline of the dorsal line, one can see a cell band composed of low-division active cells that is substantially parallel to the dorsoventral line. From the perspective of comparative anatomy, this site is equivalent to the site of the bladder. The results suggest that the dense distribution of adrenergic nerve endings and gap junctions may be responsible for the formation of topological features of this epidermal keratinocyte division activity
