当前,随着英语课程改革的不断深入,小学英语教学策略、方法与学生学习方式的转变日益受到重视,但从管理的角度来看,无论是英语课堂,还是课外实践活动,其主要的管理与组合、设计与实施均以教师为主。对于学生参与教学,主动融入管理,在“生管师助”方面还研究不够深入。本文针对研究问题,就学生自主参与管理,创新学习结构组合,主动设计课程以及“生管”的实施途径上深入研究,提出了一定看法,切实提高了英语学习的效率。
At present, with the continuous deepening of English curriculum reform, the transformation of primary English teaching strategies, methods and students’ learning styles has been paid more and more attention. However, from a management point of view, whether it is an English classroom or an extracurricular practice, its main management and Combination, design and implementation are teachers. For students to participate in teaching, take the initiative to integrate management, research in “supervisor help ” is not enough depth. In this paper, based on the research problem, this paper makes a deep research on the ways of student independent participation management, innovative learning structure combination, active design course and “Health Management”, puts forward some opinions and effectively improves the efficiency of English learning.
