随着经济全球化额的发展,人力资源是其中最重要的资源,也是企业增强核心竞争力的关键资源。所以,要加强对人力资源的开发和管理,提高企业的竞争力,从而促进企业的健康发展。目前,在企业中,很多工会只发挥着政治和福利的职能,未能充分发挥其在人力资源管理中的积极作用。本文阐释了现代企业人力资源管理的现状,并分析了工会在企业人力资源管理中的地位和作用。
With the development of economic globalization, human resources are the most important resources among them and the key resources for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. Therefore, we must strengthen the development and management of human resources and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises so as to promote the healthy development of enterprises. At present, many unions in enterprises play only political and welfare functions, failing to give full play to their active role in human resources management. This paper illustrates the current situation of human resources management in modern enterprises and analyzes the status and role of labor unions in the human resources management of enterprises.
