目的了解某农药厂接触有毒有害因素的作业工人健康状况,为该人群的职业病防治提供依据和建议。方法对作业场所进行现场卫生学调查;按照《职业健康监护技术规范》(GBZ 188-2007)对该企业接触粉尘、噪声、苯、有机磷杀虫剂、刺激性气体的在岗工人进行健康检查。结果噪声、粉尘和主要化学毒物的浓(强)度均未超过职业接触限值。体检异常检出率较高的体检项目依次是:B超(44.36%)、血常规(22.57%)、尿常规(19.52%)、心电图(14.40%)和总胆红素(10.43%),检出人员主要分布于能引起相应健康损害的接害岗位。结论该农药厂存在的职业病危害因素浓(强)度虽未超过国家标准,但对有害因素的长期低浓度接触在一定程度上损害了劳动者的健康,企业必须采取有效的职业病防治措施,预防职业病的发生。
Objective To understand the health status of workers exposed to toxic and harmful factors in a pesticide factory and provide evidence and advice for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in this population.
