据笔者所知,纯葡萄糖安瓿经消毒后变黄,久置后并产生浮游物或白点沉淀,这些问题尤其是放置稍久而生浮游物及白点的问题,在目前仍然存在。一、溶液的处理我们调配时一般都使用脱色炭,如工作不细致使用了粗制的脱色炭,就会影响成品的质量。因一般的脱色炭都是呈碱性的,加入后便改变了葡萄糖液的pH 值,使溶液变成碱性或中性,所以一经加热(加压5磅)消毒后便变黄色(加热温度超过或时间过久也可引起变黄);骨炭含有大量的钙也能引起葡萄糖的分解。故此使用的脱色炭必须是中性和含杂质较少
