随着现代信息技术的发展,贫困地区高职高专院校图书馆虽然从硬件上实现了计算机自动化管理,但在管理机制、人力资源、服务内容等软件方面仍存在不少问题,变革传统的管理机制与组织结构、创建重视知识和引进人才的新机制、扩展和深化服务内容,应该说是解决变革后困境的唯一途径。
With the development of modern information technology, the higher vocational college libraries in impoverished areas have realized the computer automation management from the hardware. However, there are still many problems in the management mechanism, human resource, service content and other software. The reform of the traditional Management mechanism and organizational structure, create a new mechanism of knowledge and talent introduction, expand and deepen the service content, should be said that the only way to solve the post-change dilemma.
