以邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)和甲基丙烯酸(MA)为原料,合成邻苯二甲酸酐-一缩二乙二醇-甲基丙烯酸酯(简称PA-DEG-MA酯)。通过试验得到最佳的工艺条件为:PA与DEG摩尔比例为1∶2,反应温度180℃,反应时间8h,制备PA-DEG酯,产率达到84.67%;然后再与甲基丙烯酸(MA)为原料,加入0.8%(总质量的百分比,下同)的吩噻嗪作阻聚剂,3%的对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,环己烷作带水剂,在85℃的温度条件下反应8h,制备PA-DEG-MA单体,并对所得到的产品进行红外分析测试,确定为目的产品,其产率为89.17%。
