目的:建立中药制剂乳癖康胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对乳癖康胶囊中的丹参、香附、橘叶、地龙等成分进行了色谱鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定了方中橙皮苷的含量。结果:含量测定橙皮苷在0.42～2.52μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论:所研究的鉴别及含量测定方法,操作简便、可行,可作为乳癖康胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a quality control method for traditional Chinese medicine formulation Ruyukang capsule. Methods: The constituents of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Cyperus rotundus, Citrus sinensis, Rhizoma Dioscoreae and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae were identified by TLC. The content of Hesperidin in Radix et Rhizome was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The content of hesperidin in the range of 0.42 to 2.52 μg showed a good linear relationship. Conclusion: The identification and content determination methods studied are simple and feasible, and can be used as the quality control of Ruyukang capsules.
