选用8种基质,3种植物激素和3种遮阴度,研究扦插基质、植物激素和遮阴度对黑加仑(Ribes nigrum L.)嫩枝扦插效果的影响。结果表明,以泥炭苔藓和混合基质为基质的插穗成活率最高;不同植物激素处理对黑加仑嫩枝插条成活率影响从高到低的顺序是:ABT>IBA>NAA,浓度均为150mg/L为宜;遮阴可以促进黑加仑嫩枝插条成活率。
Eight substrates, three plant hormones and three kinds of shades were selected to study the effects of cutting medium, plant hormones and shading on the shoot cutting of Ribes nigrum L. The results showed that the survival rate of cuttings with peat moss and mixed substrate was the highest. The order of the effect of different plant hormones on the survival rate of black currant shoots was ABT> IBA> NAA, the concentration was 150mg / L is appropriate; shade can promote blackcurrant shoots survival rate.
