以上海市轨道交通8号线和10号线换乘车站共用扩大站厅层基坑工程为背景,采用有限元方法分析基坑开挖对已建车站结构的影响规律。结合监测数据,重点研究共用地下连续墙和车站结构板的变形规律,指出紧邻车站基坑开挖卸载引起共用地下连续墙向基坑内变形,已建车站结构板靠近基坑一侧上浮较明显。总结了高压旋喷桩加固、分块凿除共用地下连续墙等控制已建车站结构变形的关键技术措施,为同类工程设计施工提供借鉴。
Based on the project of expanding the foundation pits in the transfer station shared by Shanghai Metro Line 8 and Line 10, the influence of excavation on the structure of the station has been analyzed by finite element method. Combining with the monitoring data, the deformation laws of common diaphragm wall and station structure slab are studied emphatically. It is pointed out that the unloading of adjacent foundation pit causes the deformation of common diaphragm wall to the foundation pit, and the floating of structure slab near the base pit is obvious. The key technical measures to control the structural deformation of the station have been summarized, such as strengthening by high-pressure rotary-jet grouting piles, block-cutting common wall, and other underground continuous walls, which can provide references for the design and construction of similar projects.
