教育的本质在于实现人的发展,学校的一切工作应当以实现学生的发展为终极目标。轻负高质,是一个永恒的课题。高质量是轻负担的目标,轻负担是高质量的阶梯。自任教初中数学以来,本人一直以新课程改革为契机,开展“轻负高质”的途径、策略与方法研究,以促进学生身心和谐发展,满足学生终身学习和终身发展的需要。文章结合自己的工作实践,谈几点粗浅的认识。
The essence of education lies in the realization of human development. All the work in schools should be aimed at achieving the development of students.
