一、项目革新概述本项目主要针对石材切割用圆锯片基体的热处理过程,在制锯行业首次应用燃气式热处理,并将燃气热处理、现代数控、工业机器人及智能控制技术有机整合,研究开发出一台适用于圆锯片基体热处理的燃气式自动化热处理设备,实现圆锯片基体自动化、高效化、节能化、智能化、无人化热处理。本项目已获得5项实用新型专利,填补了一项国内的空白,被列入了2012年山东省经贸委技术创新项目。
I. Overview of Project Innovation This project mainly focuses on the heat treatment process of circular saw blade substrate for stone cutting. It applies gas-type heat treatment for the first time in the sawing industry and organically integrates gas heat treatment, modern numerical control, industrial robot and intelligent control technology to research and develop A suitable for circular saw blade heat treatment of gas-based automated heat treatment equipment, circular saw blade substrate automation, high efficiency, energy saving, intelligent, unmanned heat treatment. The project has obtained 5 utility model patents, which filled a gap in the domestic market and was included in the 2012 technological innovation project of Shandong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission.
