直接从事国际贸易活动的外贸专业队伍是人力资源的重要组成部分,它的现状和未来对上海国际贸易的发展至关重要。根据对全市222家外贸企业的发展背景、产品结构和7304名外销、审证、储运、财会、法律、企业主管七类专业人员的文化背景,个人经历、培训状况的调查,外贸专业队伍尽管有了长足的进步,但人员适应对外贸易发展的现状仍不容乐观。如不认真对待,将制约上海外贸企业的发展,妨碍地区进出口贸易额的迅速扩大,限制地区产品结构参与世界竞争的调整。目前,上海对外贸易专业队伍有以下几个特点: 一、岗位构成稳定,显露新兴事业的队伍特征。 1.专业人员的岗位构成趋于稳定化。调查的以货物贸易为主的外贸公司、工贸公司、自营进出口生产企业和工贸企业,外贸人员的岗位结构基本趋同,趋向稳
