近年来，随着世界经济脚步的放缓，中国大陆逐渐成为亚太地区吸引外资的焦点，浦东开发开放的辐射效应尤为强劲，台商又一轮“投资上海浦东热”已初步形成，它构成了台湾经济增长的亮点。最近海峡两岸加入WTO，这将在更广阔和深层次的界面上为台湾和浦东的经贸合作带来新的机遇。在11月23日浦东新区政协主办的“投资浦东论坛”上，有关专家、学者就台商投资上海浦东的现状、特点和趋势进行了探讨。本刊编排一组文章，以飨读者。
