采用编译的“压力调查表”对外语院校大学生进行调查研究。结果发现:有53.8%的学生感觉压力很大,还有19.6%的学生认为压力程度已经影响到了他们正常的学习和生活;外语院校中仅有41.5%的学生属于运动群体;压力很大的学生在不良认知压力上反应最强烈,感觉压力非常大的学生在不良躯体压力反应上最强烈;运动群体和非运动群体中都有一部分压力感很高的学生,运动群体占的人数远低于非运动群体;运动在一定程度上能够缓解外语院校大学生的压力程度,但当学生压力过大时,运动仅在改善学生躯体不良反应上能够起到一定作用,在缓解学生不良认知、情绪、行为三个维度上已无明显作用,就此进行了分析和研究,并提出了建议。
