目的:就我市推行助产士5年规范化培训的临床实践方法做出介绍和讨论。方法:选取在我院参加2009~2013年的5年规范化培训临床实践的助产士187人作为研究对象,对比他们培训前后的理论和操作考核、绩效考核成绩变化情况。结果:在接受5年的规范化培训和临床实践锻炼后,187名助产士的理论知识考核得分、操作考核得分和总分合格率都有了显著的提高;规培后的绩效考核成绩显著优于规培前的成绩,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过我市推行的助产士5年规范化培训后,学员们的产科理论、操作考核和绩效成绩都有了显著提升,取得了满意的效果。 OBJECTIVE: To introduce and discuss the clinical practice method of carrying out 5-year standardized training for midwives in our city. Methods: A total of 187 midwives who participated in the 5-year standardized training clinical practice in our hospital from 2009 to 2013 were selected as the research objects. Their theoretical and operational assessment and performance assessment were compared before and after training. Results: After receiving 5 years of standardized training and clinical practice training, 187 midwives had significantly improved their theoretical knowledge assessment score, operation assessment score and total mark qualification rate. Pre-training results, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: After five-year standardized training of midwives through the city, the trainees’ obstetric theory, operational assessment and performance scores have all improved significantly and satisfactory results have been achieved.
