扼要介绍了国内酚醛行业主要生产厂的技术引进和开发简况及美、日两国开发的新品种。上海塑料厂引进一套双阶式单螺杆挤出混炼造粒机组,可自动、连续、密闭操作,生产出φ4×4mm的粒料、注射工艺性好,脱模不沾。哈尔滨绝缘材料厂1985年引进ZSK90型双螺杆挤出机,造粒粒径为0.4～2.5mm,共特点是物料输送稳定,在料筒内停留时间短,产品质量好。长春第二化工厂采用双辊犁刀塑炼机和树脂用钢带冷却输送工艺。山东化工厂生产系列化酚醛铸造树脂,室温固化,主要用于铸造砂型粘结剂等。北京化工学院研制的酚醛泡沫塑料,可用于石油化工管道的保暖。重庆合成化工厂和华东
