目的 :应用电子束 CT(EBCT)双期扫描技术评价肝脏血管瘤 ,拟期提高 CT诊断血管瘤的特异性和准确性。方法 :经影像学检查怀疑肝脏病变者 32例均行 EBCT动静脉期扫描和病灶延迟扫描。应用 EBCT SS模式 0 .3 s SVS扫描程序 ,静注造影剂10 0~ 15 0 ml,速度为 3.5 ml/ s,动脉期扫描为注射造影剂后 15~ 2 0 s,静脉期为 5 5~ 6 0 s,延迟扫描为注射造影剂后 5~ 15 min。确诊方式为手术 ,穿刺和随访。结果 :EBCT诊断血管瘤 47个 (32例 ) ,直径为 1.0~ 10 cm。 CT表现为 :动脉期呈一致性高密度、实质性增强、低密度 ;静脉期呈一致性高密度、实质性增强和向心性充盈。动脉期门静脉显影 16个。结论 :血管瘤的增强类型与其内部结构相一致 ,双期扫描结合病灶延迟扫描技术可提高诊断血管瘤的准确性 ,特别适于不常见血管瘤
Objective: To evaluate the specificity and accuracy of computed tomography angiography in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangiomas by electron beam computed tomography (EBCT) double-phase scanning. Methods: Thirty-two patients suspected of liver disease were examined by EBCT arteriovenous and delayed scan. The EBCT SS mode 0.3s SVS scanner was used. Intravenous injection of contrast medium (10 0-15 0 ml) was performed at a velocity of 3.5 ml / s. The arterial phase scan was performed 15 to 20 s after injection of contrast medium and the venous phase was 55% 6 0 s, delayed scan 5 ~ 15 min after injection of contrast agent. Diagnostic methods for surgery, puncture and follow-up. Results: EBCT diagnosed 47 hemangiomas (32 cases) with a diameter of 1.0 to 10 cm. CT showed: arterial phase was consistent high density, substantial enhancement, low density; venous phase consistent high density, substantial enhancement and radial filling. Arterial portal vein imaging 16. Conclusion: The enhancement type of hemangioma is consistent with its internal structure. The combination of double-phase scanning and focal delayed scan can improve the accuracy of hemangiomas and is especially suitable for the treatment of uncommon hemangiomas
