根据截割头的结构特点,介绍了截齿和齿座在截割头上的空间定位方法,提出了利用SolidWorks二次开发技术对截割头进行快速造型设计,探讨了自动装配过程中主要使用的2个API函数SelectByID2和AddMate3的参数及调用方法。通过对SolidWorks的二次开发,能够实现截齿和齿座的自动装配及其在截割头上的自动装配和参数化调整。
According to the structural characteristics of the cutting head, the space positioning method of the cutting head and the tooth seat on the cutting head is introduced. The rapid prototyping design of the cutting head by using the SolidWorks secondary development technology is proposed. The main use of the cutting head in the automatic assembly process is discussed The parameters of the 2 API functions SelectByID2 and AddMate3 and the calling method. Through the secondary development of SolidWorks, it can realize the automatic assembly of the pick and the tooth seat and the automatic assembly and the parameter adjustment on the cutting head.
