以芜湖二桥TP55型架桥机为监测对象,提出以前支腿倾角以、双导梁间偏位为监测指标的架桥机运行姿态监测技术,研发了基于架桥机过孔运行姿态监测的架桥机预警系统。监测系统通过运行姿态监测指标的采集,并结合结构受力监测数据发送到远程监控服务器,以原始数据、时程曲线、危险分级指示灯等多手段显示架桥机运行状态,软件提供历史数据查询、调阅、数据后处理以及架桥机危险状态评估等功能。研究表明:该系统达到了架桥机过孔关键环节动态监测的目标,可为架桥机施工过程危险状态预警管控提供技术保障。
