本论文确定了Ag_(86)Cu_(30)Ti_4与ZrO_2的界面反应产物为Ti_4Cu_2O。分别测定了1103k和1203k时,钎料对ZrO_2的浸润角,并分析了界面化学反应在浸润中的作用。从包括力学平衡和化学平衡的热力学平衡的观点出发,认为在化学浸润下,Young’s方程的表达式为:γ_(SV)—(γ_(SL)+Δg_(SL))=γ_(LV)cosθ。根据Δg_(SL)的定义及有关的数据,估算了1203k时Ag_(66)Cu_(30)Ti_4-ZrO_2系统的Δg_(SL)。
In this paper, the interfacial reaction product between Ag_ (86) Cu_ (30) Ti_4 and ZrO_2 is Ti_4Cu_2O. The wetting angles of the brazing material to ZrO_2 were measured respectively at 1103k and 1203k, and the effect of interfacial chemical reaction on the infiltration was also analyzed. From the point of view of thermodynamic equilibrium including mechanical equilibrium and chemical equilibrium, it is considered that the Young’s equation under chemical infiltration is expressed as follows: γ SV = γ LVL cos θ. According to the definition of Δg_ (SL) and related data, the Δg_ (SL) of Ag_ (66) Cu_ (30) Ti_4-ZrO_2 system at 1203k is estimated.
