利用LiNbO3电光调制器理论上可以获得宽度达100GHz的宽频带激光输出,并且其输出激光脉冲的宽度和形状都能够由一台电脉冲发生器很方便地进行控制。报道了宽频带激光器的实验结果,利用LD泵浦的单纵模连续激光器作为光源,可获得峰值功率为4.2mW,带宽为42GHz的激光脉冲输出。
The use of LiNbO3 electro-optic modulator theory can be obtained width of 100GHz wide-band laser output, and its output laser pulse width and shape can be an electric pulse generator can easily control. The experimental results of broadband lasers are reported. Using LD pumped single longitudinal mode continuous laser as light source, the laser pulse output with peak power of 4.2mW and bandwidth of 42GHz can be obtained.
