1998年7月31日.黑龙江省地方史志学会成立大会在哈尔滨市举行.省地方史志学会会员代表、参加全省地方志用志工作座谈会的代表及有关同志82人参加了会议,原中共黑龙江省委书记、当代中国研究所所长李力安,中国地方志协会秘书长、中国地方志指导小组办公室主任霍力进专程前来参加会议并作了重要讲话.省政府副省长马淑洁,省地方志编委会副主任张向凌出席会议并讲了话.省社科联副主席赵清爽到会致贺.省政府副秘书长赵志强.省地方志办公室主任许中人,副主任刘向前、龚强、姜玛俐等出席了成立大会.
On July 31, 1998, the founding meeting of the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Local History was held in Harbin, with 82 members representing delegates from the Provincial Institute of Local History Association and representatives from the symposium on local history of local history and the relevant monographs attended. The former Communist Party of China Li Li’an, secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and director of the Institute of Contemporary China, Hu Lijin, secretary general of the Chinese Association for Local Records Association and director of the Office of the Chinese Local Records Guidance Group made a special trip to attend the meeting and made an important speech. Ma Shujie, Vice Governor of the Provincial Government, Director Zhang Xiangling attended the meeting and made a speech.Shanghai CSPC Vice Chairman Zhao Qing Shuang will be congratulated.Zhao Zhiqiang, deputy secretary general of the provincial government.Xu Zhongren, director of the provincial local chronicles office, Liu Xianqian, Gong Qiang, Jiang Mali and other attended the inaugural meeting.
