通过筛选缩减cDNA文库中在油菜叶片衰老阶段表达而在绿叶中不表达的cDNA克隆,分离了与油菜叶片衰老有关的基因LSC66。DNA序列测定和分析结果表明,LSC66的全长可读框架由1380个碱基组成,编码460个氨基酸,它的核昔酸序列与拟南芥菜ATP硫化酶基因有86.67%的同源性,其推导的氨基酸序列与拟南芥菜ATP硫化酶的氨基酸序列有91.74%的同源性。对LSC66基因产物在植物叶片衰老过程中的作用进行了讨论。
The LSC66 gene, which is related to senescence of rapeseed, was isolated by screening cDNA clones that were expressed in the senescence stage of rapeseed leaves but not in the green leaves of the reduced cDNA library. The results of DNA sequence analysis and analysis showed that the full-length open reading frame of LSC66 consisted of 1380 bases, encoding 460 amino acids. The nucleotide sequence of LSC66 was 86.67% homologous to Arabidopsis thaliana ATPase gene The deduced amino acid sequence showed 91.74% homology with the amino acid sequence of Arabidopsis thaliana ATPase. The role of LSC66 gene in plant leaf senescence was discussed.
