我们周围的风险无处不在。上班途中有风险(交通堵塞、交通意外);去超市购物有风险(价格贵、食品过期、质量问题)。为了规避风险或者尽可能降低风险,我们又无时不刻地在进行着风险分析。根据分析的结果,找到平衡点使风险处于可以接受的范围,再来有效地策划和实施我们的活动。于是我们每个人会选择自己上班的交通工具、通行路线、出行时间等;会选择你所信任的超市、购买你确认在保质期内的合格商品。如果我们没有风险分析,我们会浪费大量的资源,而得不到理想的结果。所以,虽然我们并没有像企业评价其产品潜在失效模式的风险分析一样用书面方式描述我们如何进行风险分析,但在我们的思维中,风险分析无时不刻地进行着。对风险进行有效的识别、分析,并根据分析的结果来合理地利用资源安排活动、进行决策,这是风险分析在企
