目的:观察六味地黄丸对2型糖尿病模型大鼠血清RBP4及血糖血脂的影响。方法:36只健康雄性wistar大鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组(组A)、模型对照组(组B)、六味地黄丸组(组C)、吡格列酮组(组D)。高脂饲料配合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)30mg/kg建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。空白对照组与模型对照组灌胃生理盐水,其余各组灌胃给予相应药物,分别造模前、造模后、给药第2、5、8周眼眶取血,动态观察大鼠体重、空腹血糖(FPG)、血清胰岛素水平(FINS)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)等指标变化,并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:8周时,六味地黄丸组(组C)和吡格列酮组(组D)血清RBP4水平、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、Fins、HOMA-IR均低于模型组(组B)(P<0.05)而体重、HDL-C、ISI则明显高于模型组(组B)(P<0.05);在体重方面,六味地黄丸组(组C)和吡咯列酮组(组D)在第2周、第5周均不能增加2型糖尿病大鼠体重(P>0.05),在血清RBP4方面,六味地黄丸组(组C)在第2周血清RBP4与模型组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),从第5周开始则显示降低(P<0.05),吡格列酮组从第2周开始已经低于模型组(P<0.05)结论:长期服用六味地黄丸能够改善2型糖尿病大鼠的体重、血糖、血脂水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,降低血清RBP4水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of Liuweidihuangwan on serum RBP4 and blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Thirty - six healthy male wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (group A), model control group (group B), Liuweidihuangwan group (group C) and pioglitazone group (group D). High-fat diet with small doses of streptozotocin (STZ) 30mg / kg to establish type 2 diabetic rat model. The blank control group and the model control group were given normal saline, and the other groups were given the corresponding drugs by intragastric administration. Results: Serum levels of RBP4, FPG, TC, TG, LDL-C, Fins and HOMA-IR in the Liuweidihuangwan group (group C) and pioglitazone group (group D) were lower than those in the model group Body weight, HDL-C and ISI in model group were significantly higher than those in model group (P <0.05); in terms of body weight, Liuweidihuangwan group (group C) and pioglitazone group The body weight of type 2 diabetic rats was not increased in the second week and the fifth week (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum RBP4 between the two groups (P> 0.05) P <0.05), and decreased from the fifth week (P <0.05). The pioglitazone group was lower than the model group from the second week (P <0.05). Conclusion: Long-term administration of Liuweidihuang Pill can improve type 2 diabetic rats Body weight, blood glucose, blood lipid levels, improve insulin resistance and reduce serum RBP4 levels.
