在过去的30年间,师徒制的研究越来越受到学术界、企业界和教育界的关注。师徒关系研究已经积累了大量文献,主要集中在青少年师徒关系、学生-教师师徒关系和工作场所师徒关系三个领域。本文通过综述三个领域师徒关系的研究现状,试图将分散的研究进行整合,为学者们提供更加丰富和广泛的理论研究视角,并为企业实践提供理论依据和指导。
In the past 30 years, the study of mentoring has drawn more and more attention from academia, business community and education community. Research on the relationship between mentoring and apprentice has accumulated a large amount of literature, mainly focusing on three areas: mentoring relationship between young people, student-teacher mentoring relationship and mentoring relationship in the workplace. By summarizing the research status of the relationship between teachers and students in the three fields, this paper attempts to integrate the scattered studies and provide scholars with a richer and broader perspective of theoretical research and provide theoretical basis and guidance for the practice of enterprises.
